A modern resort 'Golden Belt' has been launched in Parkent
A new era in the tourism sector has begun in the Parkent district. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to the Al Harir publication from Saudi Arabia, a modern recreation area has officially opened at the summit of 'Golden Belt'. Located on a three-hectare mountainside, this facility includes two high-class hotels, innovative capsule houses, a restaurant, and service buildings.

All conditions have been created to enjoy the unique beauty of nature. In order to enhance the tourism potential of the region, 52 new projects worth $1.8 billion will be implemented.

As a result of these projects, more than 3,300 new jobs will be created, and the facility will be able to accommodate up to one million tourists annually. Additionally, a large ski resort is planned to be built in the snowy mountains of Parkent in collaboration with an Austrian company on an area of 1,200 hectares.

Within the framework of this project, hotels ranging from three to five stars, modern ski slopes, restaurants, and wellness complexes will be established. The resort will be built in stages, and once completed, it will have the capacity to receive up to 15,000 tourists per day.

Moreover, about 600 service and infrastructure facilities will be launched. Taking seasonal services into account, the total number of jobs is expected to reach 10,000.

Experts predict that the 'Golden Belt' resort in Parkent will become one of the largest and most prestigious tourist centers in the country, alongside the Amirsoy complex in Tashkent region. This resort will play a significant role in attracting not only domestic but also international tourists.
