Changes in weather conditions are expected during the holidays from July 5 to 7 across Uzbekistan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The “Uzgidromet” center provided this information. On Friday, strong heat persisted in almost all regions of the republic.
Since yesterday, the air temperature has risen from +39 to +41 degrees, while in desert areas and the southern part of the country, temperatures reached +43 to +45 degrees. On July 4, temperature readings were around +41…+43 degrees, with some places reaching up to +46 degrees.
In the northwestern provinces, the heat is relatively less, with temperatures maintained around +34 to +39 degrees. On Sunday, the overall temperature level will be high, ranging from +38 to +41 degrees, and in desert and southern regions, it may rise to +44 degrees.
During these days, wind speeds will be 13-18 meters per second, with the possibility of increasing to 20-22 meters per second in some areas, leading to dust storms. Especially on July 6, winds will become more active in desert areas.
In the capital Tashkent, the weather will be relatively stable. Rainless days are expected under a clear sky.
On July 4 and 5, temperatures will be around +40…+43 degrees, while on July 6, a slight decrease to +39…+41 degrees is anticipated. Thus, the heat is gradually decreasing, but this decrease is not yet significant.
For this reason, the population is advised to protect themselves from the sun, drink more fluids, and pay attention to walking in the shade.
