The digital labeling system is expanding in Uzbekistan
As of July 1, 2025, 115.1 thousand types of products have been included in the national catalog of digital labeling in Uzbekistan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The State Tax Committee provided this information. Currently, there are more than 1,000 manufacturers and 3,400 importing companies operating in the digital labeling system.

The most registered manufacturers are located in Tashkent city, Tashkent region, and Samarkand region. By the beginning of July, 2,200 companies in the household appliances sector had registered in the system.

The pharmaceutical sector ranks second with 1,300 participants. In third place are beverage and non-alcoholic beverage producers with 647 companies.

Additionally, producers of alcohol and tobacco products are also actively participating in the digital labeling system. This system has been gradually implemented since 2021 and plays a crucial role in monitoring product quality and preventing illegal circulation.

The digital labeling system allows for detailed information about products to be tracked online. This serves to protect consumers' rights.
