
During operations conducted jointly by the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office, the State Security Service, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, two cases of fraud related to employment were identified and exposed. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
An employee of the Republic Emergency Medical Aid Scientific Center's Karakalpakstan branch, Z.K., was caught red-handed with material evidence while receiving 32 million soums from citizen A.A. in exchange for employment.
Additionally, as a result of rapid operations carried out in the Kashkadarya region, the head of the personnel department of the Qarshi district medical association, X.Q., was also detained.
It was established that he received 1,000 US dollars from citizen U.Q. through acquaintances to secure a job at the district central polyclinic. Criminal proceedings have been initiated under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code in both cases, and investigations have begun.
These incidents once again highlight the importance of combating fraud and corruption in the employment process. Citizens are advised to seek jobs through legal and honest means.
The relevant authorities are strengthening continuous control to prevent such cases.
