Oysuluv was raped and killed, suspect arrested
Information about the last hours of 17-year-old Oysuluv is being clarified. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

She was taken around 13:00 during the day to an apple orchard near the village of Darkhon, where she was raped. Then the victim was brought to her father's house in the village of Jenish and was subjected to violence again.

At 15:30, in the territory of the village of Qoji-Say, the suspect strangled Oysuluv to death. Then he threw her phone into Issyk-Kul and left it there.

He placed the body in a car and headed towards the Boom gorge road. Between 18:00 and 19:00, he left the body near the village of Choloq in Kemin and went to Bishkek.

That evening at six o'clock, Oysuluv's relatives reported her disappearance. Her family became worried and started search efforts.

Later, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan confirmed that the suspect, Qumarbek Abdirov, was soon arrested. Currently, an investigation is underway regarding his involvement in the crime.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Abdirov had previously been involved in criminal cases, including a crime committed in 2014 against 18-year-old Kamila Duysheboyeva. Qumarbek Abdirov was born in 1984.

He was born in the Yeti-Oguz district but grew up in Bishkek. He is married and has three children aged 14, 9, and 7.

Abdirov has previously been held criminally liable. In 2006, he was fined for robbery, with reports noting attacks on women in that case.

In 2016, he was investigated for attempted murder. That same year, he was also convicted for hitting a girl on the head and stealing her phone in Kok-Jar.

The victim and her relatives expressed dissatisfaction with his remaining free. In 2015, another woman went with Abdirov in a Honda Stream car and did not return that day.

According to the inquiry, she was raped. An investigation was conducted by the police regarding this incident.

During the court proceedings, some individuals provided information that the suspect committed crimes using taxi services. This event raised many questions and heavy emotions.

The results of the investigation and the court verdict are being closely followed by the public. This case will serve to strengthen the fight against crime in the future.
