A serious crime committed against a 17-year-old girl in Kyrgyzstan is shocking the entire country. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Oysuluv, a young girl living in Barskaun village, Yetti-Oguz district of Issyk-Kul region, was brutally raped and then killed. This was reported by the “Turmush” publication.
According to information, the incident occurred at the end of September. Oysuluv left her home in the afternoon to meet her friend and headed to the city of Karakol.
On the way, a car of the model “Honda Stream” stopped for her. The driver of the car was identified as a man born in 1984, who had been convicted several times before.
The girl did not reach her friend. According to the investigation results, the man took her towards an apple orchard, raped her, and then, fearing that his crime would be revealed, strangled her to death.
He then dumped the body in the territory of Kemin district and fled to Bishkek. At the same time, he deliberately destroyed his phone.
Oysuluv’s relatives searched for her and contacted the police at about 19:30. Unfortunately, by that time the girl had already passed away.
Law enforcement agencies managed to apprehend the suspect within a short time. Oysuluv was buried on September 30 in her village, with the participation of her relatives and the entire neighborhood community.
According to police information, the crime was committed by a 41-year-old man living in Bishkek. He not only limited himself to rape but also took the girl’s life.
Currently, necessary expert examinations have been assigned during the investigation process. The deceased’s relatives initially reported that the police delayed accepting their complaints and said things like “searching is not possible until three days have passed.”
However, the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted an internal review and stated that such information is unfounded. The investigation is ongoing.
The local community demands justice regarding this incident and emphasizes that the death of the young girl is of significant importance in the fight against violence in the country.
