The ranking of the world's most popular national cuisines has been announced. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Nearly 19,000 traditional dishes were analyzed by an international gastronomic platform, and the top 100 national cuisines in the world were selected. This ranking was formed based on genuine ratings left by users.
According to the organization's information, no artificial influences or bots were involved in the voting process. According to the results, Italy took first place as the most delicious national cuisine in the world.
Greece ranked second, and Peru came in third. The top ten also included countries such as Portugal, Spain, Japan, Turkey, China, France, and Indonesia.
Among Central Asian countries, only Kazakhstan made it to this list, occupying the 98th position. Although the overall result was not high, some national dishes were positively rated by users.
In particular, the region-specific samsa was specially recognized. This meat-filled, crispy, and fragrant dish was described as "one of the region's classic and favorite dishes."
Thus, as world cuisines were evaluated, samsa also secured a unique place.
