The ranking of the world's most delicious cuisines has been announced
The ranking of the world's best national cuisines has been announced. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to data presented by the gastronomic platform TasteAtlas, nearly 19,000 traditional dishes worldwide were analyzed, and a list of the top 100 most delicious national cuisines was compiled. The ranking is based on over 590,000 verified ratings, with each country's position determined by the average scores given by users.

It was also emphasized that only genuine user ratings were taken into account when compiling the ranking, and special mechanisms were applied to prevent artificial inflation. According to TasteAtlas, Italy holds the first place in the list of the world's most delicious national cuisines, leading with a score of 4.64.

Following Italy are Greece (4.60), Peru (4.54), Portugal (4.53), Spain (4.53), Japan (4.49), Turkey (4.49), China (4.48), France (4.48), and Indonesia (4.48). Among Central Asian countries, only Kazakhstan made it onto this list.

Kazakhstan ranked 98th with an average score of 3.9. Although it holds a lower position in the overall ranking, some of the country's national dishes received high ratings and were specially recommended.

For example, samsa, popular throughout Central Asia, was rated 4.0 and described as “crispy dough, fragrant, and a classic dish of the region.”
