CIS summit to be held in Turkmenbashi in 2026

This information was announced by the Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, during a telephone conversation with Valentina Matviyenko, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation.

This was announced on the "Vatan" program of the Turkmenistan National Television and Radio Company. The summit is regarded as an important international event focused on developing regional cooperation, strengthening political dialogue, and expanding economic ties.

This meeting is expected to play an important role in further strengthening strategic cooperation among the CIS countries.
