Groups connected to Iran arrested in Qatar
The situation in the Middle East now poses a serious threat to Qatar's territory as well. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Groups linked to Iran have been identified in Qatar, and the largest US military base in the region has been targeted. Qatar's State Security Service arrested 10 people who served in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

These individuals operated in two groups. According to Qatar News Agency, seven people gathered information about the country's strategic military facilities, while the other three underwent sabotage preparation using drones.

During searches, coordinates of important facilities were found. The suspects admitted to acting on Tehran's instructions.

According to the Ministry of Defense, Iran launched two ballistic missiles at the Al-Udayd base located in Qatar. This attack disrupted the military balance in the region.

Qatar Air Force shot down two fighter jets, intercepted 7 missiles and 5 drones. An attempt to attack Hamad International Airport was repelled.

Iran's actions are said to be a response to the US and Israel's military operation in Tehran. In that operation, Iran's supreme leader Ali Khamenei was killed.

Majid al-Ansari, a representative of Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, condemned Iran's attacks and called on Tehran to take responsibility. Missile fragments injured eight civilians.

What do you think, how will Qatar's involvement in this conflict change the situation in the region? Continue following the latest news from the Middle East.
