Chechnya sent thousands of fighters to Ukraine
In recent years, Chechnya's participation in the war in Ukraine has significantly increased, reports the @Kadyrov_95 Telegram channel. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to the Republic's leader Ramzan Kadyrov, more than 60,000 fighters have been sent to the battlefield from Chechnya so far. Approximately 22,000 of them are considered volunteers.

Currently, about 13,000 young men are serving on the front line in the ranks of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Rosgvardiya, the "Akhmat" special forces, and the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs. In May 2024, Kadyrov announced during a meeting with the Russian president that more than 55,500 Chechen fighters have been sent to the front since the war began.

However, this number does not include military personnel who were in barracks, on leave, or on rotation. Some human rights activists have noted cases of coercion to sign contracts in Chechnya.

Chechnya is also providing material and technical assistance for the war. Earlier this year, Ramzan Kadyrov announced that five Changan armored pickups manufactured in China were sent to the front.

Previously, reports had circulated about the delivery of vehicles, drones, and military equipment to Russian troops. In October 2024, Kadyrov announced that 100 special "jihad machines" would be presented to the "People's Front for Russia" movement.

Additionally, the Chechen leadership has sent 78 UAZ "Patriot," UAZ-452, and "Niva" vehicles for the war. The fund named after "Hero of Russia Ahmad-Hoji Kadyrov" is actively engaged in providing technical support and material assistance for the war.

During the war, the fund has purchased 2,515 special vehicles, 12,650 quadcopters (drones), 32,781 communication devices, and 112,857 complete military equipment through its resources. The fund has spent over 40 billion rubles on the war, which is approximately equivalent to 500 million dollars.

This information shows that Chechnya is contributing significantly to the war in Ukraine not only with fighters but also logistically and materially. The equipment, drones, and supplies being sent are expanding the capabilities of the troops on the front line, and Kadyrov and his team are trying to strengthen their position in Moscow.

In the future, analysts remain focused on how Chechnya's active participation in the war will lead to changes in the Russia-Ukraine conflict process.
