Xiaomi officially presented its new electric crossover YU7, as reported by Speedme.ru. The company's head Lei Jun released the first official photos of the model. The car resembles the SU7 sedan in appearance — it has similar optics and a lidar on the roof, indicating the presence of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
In terms of dimensions, the YU7 is positioned between the BMW X5 and Lexus RX. It will be available in two variants:
– Base version: 315 horsepower, single motor;
– Higher version: 681 horsepower, dual motor.
The 96.3 kWh battery allows the car to travel 675–770 km.
The interior has not yet been officially showcased, but according to documents, it features an ultra-wide screen panel combined with a multimedia system.
Sales are expected to begin in China in the summer of 2025. The price is estimated to be between 300,000 and 400,000 yuan, which is approximately 510 million to 680 million soums (1 yuan ≈ 1700 soums).
The YU7 will be Xiaomi's second electric vehicle after the SU7.
