GAC Honda has announced that it has started accepting orders for its first fully electric crossover — the Honda P7, according to Speedme.ru. The model is being produced at the factory in Guangzhou. So far, the price and the start date of sales have not been announced, but the main technical details are known.
The Honda P7 features a sporty low-profile design. Dimensions: 4750×1930×1625 mm, wheelbase — 2930 mm. The interior includes ergonomic seats with high vibration isolation and heating functions, as well as a smart adjustable panoramic roof with a volume of 1.85 sq.m.
Equipment includes a 16-speaker Bose sound system, Honda Sensing 360+ driver assistance system, and Honda Connect 4.0 multimedia platform — enhanced with voice and smartphone control.
The crossover is equipped with a 90 kWh battery produced by CATL, capable of covering a distance of 650 km. It is offered in a rear-wheel drive single motor version or a full-wheel drive dual motor version. The front motor produces 150 kW (350 N·m), while the rear motor produces 200 kW (420 N·m). Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 4.6 seconds.
