Haval company has presented the official photos of its new gasoline Raptor SUV, as reported by SpeedMe. It will be offered in five colors: moss green, gray, white, black, and cloudy gray. The moss green color is intended only for the gasoline version.
The new model appears more serious and suitable for an SUV compared to the Hi4 hybrid version. The front grille is decorated with vertical lines, featuring rounded rectangular headlights and a large silver protection at the front. The classic "box" shape of the body is noticeable from the side, along with a spare wheel located on the rear door. The rear lights are designed to match the front optics.
The dimensions of the vehicle are 4800 (4680) x 1950 x 1822 (1843) mm, with a wheelbase of 2738 mm. There are 19 and 18-inch wheels available. Under the hood is a 2.0-liter GW4N20A turbo engine familiar from the Haval H6 and Haval Dagou models, which has a power output of 175 kW (235 horsepower). A 9-speed automated transmission and all-wheel drive system are expected.
The gasoline Haval Raptor version may strengthen the brand's market positions against the backdrop of high interest in the automotive innovations for 2024-2025.
