Li Auto is preparing to bring its L8 crossover to the Middle East market

Li Auto, a well-known brand in the premium electric and hybrid vehicle segment, is preparing to officially launch its next model, the L8, in the MDH market, Zamin.uz reports.
The company's L8 crossover is expected to appear in regional dealership networks in the near future. This move is part of the brand's strategy to strengthen its position in foreign markets and transition from parallel imports to official sales channels.
According to Li Auto representatives, delivery timelines depend on the completion of the vehicle certification process. Major Russian dealer holdings, including Rolf, estimate that official sales of the L8 will begin around September–October 2026.
Importantly, this refers specifically to an official dealer network backed by the manufacturer's warranty.
In terms of technical specifications and power, the Li Auto L8 is positioned as a mid-size crossover between the L7 and L9 models in the brand's lineup.
The vehicle is equipped with a modern hybrid system and is driven by two electric motors. The system's total output is 449 horsepower, providing dynamic performance for a heavy crossover.
One of the model's key strengths is its driving range. On electric power alone, the car can travel up to 235 km.
In hybrid mode, where the internal combustion engine functions as a generator, the total range reaches up to 1,180 km—an attractive figure for drivers who frequently undertake long-distance trips.
Currently, the Li Auto L6, L7, and L9 models are officially available in the regional market. The most affordable, the L6, starts at approximately 6.89 million rubles.
The flagship L9 Ultra is priced around 9.49 million rubles. The new Li Auto L8 is expected to fall within this same price range.
Li Auto models are also not unfamiliar to the Uzbek automotive market. Although official dealer centers are still being established, crossovers from this brand are increasingly seen on the roads.
The launch of official supplies in the MDH market will help systematically address issues such as after-sales service, spare parts availability, and software updates.
In summary, the official release of the Li Auto L8 crossover will intensify competition in the premium hybrid segment.
It will offer consumers not only access to modern technology but also the opportunity to receive a direct warranty from the manufacturer.
