Official images of the newly launched Tank 300 off-roader in China have been released

Great Wall Motors, a subsidiary of Xitoy, has unveiled official images of the updated generation of its popular off-road model, the Tank 300, as reported by Zamin.uz.
This vehicle stands out not only in appearance but also in technical capabilities, significantly differing from previous versions. The presentation of the new model and the start of pre-orders are scheduled to begin on July 6 of this year.
International media outlets have reported on this development. One of the key technological innovations in the new Tank 300 is the installation of a lidar unit in the front section.
According to available information, this sensor significantly enhances the capabilities of driver assistance systems and improves the safety of autonomous driving elements, placing the model a step ahead of its competitors in terms of modern technology.
The vehicle’s dimensions have also undergone notable changes. The updated off-roader measures 4886 millimeters in length, 1984 millimeters in width, and 1927 millimeters in height.
The wheelbase has been extended to 3010 millimeters. These changes not only ensure more stable movement on the road but also increase interior space, particularly for rear passengers.
Considering the high demand for off-road vehicles in the Uzbek market, the new generation of the Tank 300 is expected to attract interest from local car enthusiasts. Moreover, its increased dimensions and equipment with modern hybrid technologies make it a worthy competitor to models developed by leading global brands.
The new generation of the Tank 300 is transitioning to full hybrid power units. The manufacturer offers consumers the Hi4-T hybrid system, as well as the Hi4-Z system, which features high energy density.
Both versions are equipped with a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine producing a maximum power output of 252 horsepower. The system operates in conjunction with specialized lithium-ion batteries.
This not only improves fuel efficiency but also enhances the vehicle’s driving dynamics. While exact pricing for the new model has not yet been disclosed, experts suggest that prices will be announced closer to the start of sales.
For reference, the current version of this model is sold at significantly higher prices in foreign markets. The arrival of the new generation in Uzbekistan via official dealers is possible by the end of the year.
