In January 2025, 5,700 units of Chevrolet Cobalt were produced in Uzbekistan, which is 68% more compared to the same period last year. The production of Damas decreased by 28.5%, totaling 2,800 units.
The production volumes of KIA, Chevrolet Onix, and Tracker models also showed significant growth. The production of Haval vehicles increased sixfold, reaching 373 units, and 802 units of BYD cars were assembled.
Overall, the production of passenger cars decreased by 4.4%, totaling 15,000 units. The production of special vehicles decreased by 32.4%, and the production of trucks decreased by 29.3%. In January, only 152 trucks and 17 buses were produced, which is 32% less than last year.
