A financial dispute arose between Özcan and Erjan Deniz

This time, the reason was a family and financial dispute. According to the Haber Global publication, the actor's brother Erjan Deniz came to his brother's house armed and threatened to kill him due to financial disagreements.
The incident took place in the Zekeriyaköy district of Istanbul. Erjan Deniz entered the house and said to Özcan: “If you don’t return what you stole from me, I will kill both you and myself.”
These words show how intense the family conflict is. The issue traces back to a 22-year business partnership.
Their financial disagreements have reached the court. Several years ago, Özcan had guaranteed his brother’s debts, but after significant losses in the business, bank accounts were seized.
Because of this, Erjan accused his brother of embezzling 150 million lira. The family dispute was widely covered on social media.
Their mother, Kadriya Deniz, stated that the brotherly ties were broken due to financial problems. Özcan emphasized that he was treated unfairly by his family and responded sharply.
Additionally, the actor said that his brother was behind the armed attack against him in 2008. Following recent events, representatives of both parties held negotiations and reached an agreement.
As a result, several villas and other real estate were transferred to Erjan Deniz’s name. This event sparked great interest among fans and further discussions about family disputes and financial conflicts.
