This was announced by the rector of the Russian Ballet Academy, Nikolay Tsiskaridze, on his Telegram channel. According to various sources, on the morning of November 4, Yuriy Nikolaev's health suddenly deteriorated.

After that, he was taken to the hospital, but doctors were unable to save his life. It is known that he had been suffering from a severe lung disease for a long time.

Yuriy Nikolaev is considered one of the most famous figures of Soviet television. He hosted many popular shows such as "Morning Mail," "Morning Star," and "Republic Heritage."

Nikolaev, who held the title of People's Artist of Russia, worked in television for over 50 years and became a symbol of an entire era. His creativity and work were highly appreciated by many.
