According to "Pravilamag," the famous pop singer described the negative opinions surrounding the film as “very foolish” and emphasized that the process was painful for her because she worked hard to perform this role.

“I am not indifferent to criticism. To be honest, at first I laughed at the critiques because the situation surprised me.

Sometimes it takes time to understand the situation, but this process can also be painful. After all, I put a lot of myself into every work,” said Lady Gaga.

It is reported that the sequel to the “Joker” film was released on the big screen in September 2024. Lady Gaga played the role of Harley Quinn in this film.

The film received only a 31 percent rating from critics and viewers on the Rotten Tomatoes platform. Additionally, the film was awarded the “Golden Raspberry” anti-award, and Lady Gaga along with Joaquin Phoenix were named the “worst on-screen duo.”
