“Tunnel” series: a story of honesty and struggle
On December 1, the premiere of the eight-episode psychological thriller series titled “Tunnel” took place on the KION online platform. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The series is directed by Flyuza Farxshatova and is considered one of the most anticipated works of the winter season. The plot revolves around a person's inner struggle, personal choices, and trials.
The leading roles are played by well-known actors Elizaveta Boyarskaya and Sergey Gilev. The main character is Svetlana Suvorova, an honest customs officer who lives strictly by her principles, far from bribery and corruption.
Svetlana has been working in the city of Snejnin for many years, faithfully adhering to laws and regulations. However, her life suddenly changes.
Finnish criminals kidnap Svetlana’s husband. To get him back, Svetlana is forced to break her principles and bypass the law.
Thus, she enters a life-and-death struggle. The series’ screenplay was written by Nastyа Kuznetsova.
She is previously known as the author of the “Chik” series. This work reflects not only female strength and inner transformation but also a person’s struggle to understand themselves and achieve true freedom.
The series’ protagonist Svetlana manages to reconsider her life, find inner strength, and feel true freedom. The producers of the series are Teymur Jafarov and Maksim Filatov.
The first four episodes were released simultaneously on December 1, with the remaining episodes scheduled to be presented every Wednesday.
