A 21-meter statue was unveiled in Kolkata in honor of Messi
Today, December 13, the legendary figure of world football, Lionel Messi, visited Kolkata, India, and met with the famous Indian actor Shah Rukh Khan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

During this event, the unveiling ceremony of a 21-meter tall statue erected in honor of Messi took place. The statue was unveiled virtually, and the event was held at the Cri Bhumi sports club area in Kolkata.

In addition to Lionel Messi, his teammates Luis Suarez and Rodrigo De Paul also participated in the event. Shah Rukh Khan and his youngest son Abram Khan also attended the ceremony and took photos together with Messi.

This meeting was an unforgettable event for fans of football and the art of cinema. The statue honoring Messi is located in the South Dum-Dum neighborhood of Kolkata.

The statue depicts Messi holding the World Cup trophy and was completed in just 40 days. Despite technical difficulties, the timely completion of the statue left a great impression on the event participants.
