Golden Ball 2026: Voice of Uzbekistan Chooses Harry Kane
The global voting for the 2026 Golden Ball award has concluded, and the results have been officially announced. One.uz reports.
In this process, renowned sports journalist Narzulla Saidullaev, representing Uzbekistan, participated and cast his vote. His official list closely matched the global results, confirming the victory of English footballer Harry Kane.
Saidullaev’s top ten list was formed as follows. First place: Harry Kane, second place: Lamine Yamal, third place: Kylian Mbappé, and fourth place: Lionel Messi.
The subsequent positions were awarded, in order, to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Michael Olise, Ousmane Dembélé, Rodri, Erling Haaland, and Jude Bellingham. Some discrepancies were also found between the Uzbek voice and the global results.
In the official count, Mbappé, who came second, was placed third, while Yamal, who was third, was placed second. Saidullaev gave Messi fourth place, whereas in the global rating, he is fifth.
Rodri, who was fourth in the official results, dropped to eighth on the Uzbek journalist’s list. Additionally, Saidullaev chose Jude Bellingham instead of Fabián Ruiz, who closed the official top ten.
