Gorillaz new cartoon premieres on YouTube in February
The Gorillaz group recently announced their new short animated film and showcased its trailer on their YouTube channel. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The full title of the cartoon is "The Mountain, the Moon Cave, and the Melancholy God," in which the members of Gorillaz go to the forest and encounter unexpected adventures. The premiere of this cartoon is scheduled for February 27 and will be presented to viewers via YouTube.

The short film is inspired by Indian culture and is connected with The Mountain band's new album. Gorillaz's ninth studio album is expected to be released on March 20, 2026.

Gorillaz is a British virtual band formed in 1998 by Blur's vocalist Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett. The band is known for its distinctive music and visual works.

The cartoon project is also expected to showcase the group's creative facets once again, providing fans with a new experience.
