A court case has been opened against Sardor Mamadaliyev.

Various reports have spread on social networks about a court case being opened against singer Sardor Mamadaliyev. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
It has become known that this situation arose after his interview on the YouTube channel called Chotki TV. During the interview, the singer was asked to sing the famous song Ko'rinish performed by Sherali Jo'rayev.
It is said that after this performance, the relevant part of the video was removed from the YouTube platform and a court case was initiated against the singer. Sardor Mamadaliyev stated in a video posted on his Instagram page that this issue does not concern him alone.
According to him, about twenty other individuals may also be fined on the same grounds. Although the amount of the fine has not yet been disclosed, the singer expressed concern about the situation expanding.
According to him, the problem may not be with the song itself, but with the manner of its performance or other factors. Additionally, it was noted that the singer was driving a car without wearing a seatbelt while going to the Ministry of Justice.
For this reason, the police officers conducted a preventive conversation with him and an administrative report was drawn up accordingly. Measures were taken against him for violating the ninetieth clause of the traffic rules.
This situation may negatively affect the singer's reputation in the public eye. Ultimately, Sardor Mamadaliyev plans to continue his creative work.
He expressed his belief in finding a conciliatory solution for the public and promised to explain it in the future. These events may also lead to the formation of some new regulations in the Uzbek pop music field.
This example once again showed that every artist must carefully choose their performances and comply with legal requirements.
