The fraudster woman participated in an Uzbek event called "G‘ap" alongside the singer. This event was held among friends and is based on a system where one participant collects money every month in turn.
The woman claimed she would invest the money in business and promised profits. The singer's lawyer provided information that the woman had established trust with her client.
The fraudster introduced herself as a businesswoman and stated that she would bring citrus fruits to Uzbekistan, claiming to earn 25-30 thousand dollars from each truckload. The singer was also promised profits for investing in this business.
Currently, the case is being reviewed in the Uchtepa inter-district court for criminal matters. Not only the singer but also several other citizens have suffered from the actions of the fraudster.
The court proceedings are ongoing, and law enforcement agencies are investigating the case. This incident serves as a reminder to people about the necessity of being cautious against fraud.
