The Central Bank announced changes in exchange rates

The Central Bank of Uzbekistan announced the official exchange rates for foreign currencies for February 9, 2026. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to it, the US dollar increased by 23.68 soms, reaching 12,303.16 soms. The euro decreased by 0.32 soms, amounting to 14,507.89 soms.
The Russian ruble appreciated by 0.51 soms, reaching 159.76 soms. The British pound sterling decreased by 128.71 soms, totaling 16,705.23 soms.
The Japanese yen decreased by 0.05 soms, equaling 78.34 soms. The Swiss franc dropped by 14.29 soms, amounting to 15,803.67 soms.
The Chinese yuan increased by 4.25 soms, reaching 1,773.07 soms. These currency rates are set by the Central Bank and fluctuate in accordance with international financial markets and the domestic economic situation.
Therefore, it is recommended to carefully monitor the official rates before conducting currency operations.
