Currency exchange rate changes affect international trade

The Central Bank of Uzbekistan announced the official exchange rates of foreign currencies for February 27, 2026. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to this information, the US dollar decreased by 0.53 soms, reaching 12,136.57 soms. The euro increased by 11.52 soms, reaching 14,318.73 soms.
The Russian ruble decreased by 0.83 soms, becoming 157.70 soms. The British pound sterling increased by 11.42 soms, rising to 16,418.35 soms.
The Japanese yen increased by 0.24 soms, reaching 77.76 soms. The Swiss franc rose by 1.34 soms, reaching 15,680.32 soms.
The Chinese yuan also increased by 6.98 soms, reaching 1,774.02 soms. These rates fluctuate according to market conditions and may impact the economic situation.
