Rox AI Startup Reaches a $1 Billion Valuation

Techcrunch.com reports that Rox AI, a startup focused on automating sales processes, has achieved a valuation of $1.2 billion following its latest funding round. Zamin.uz reported on this news.
Founded in 2024 by Ishan Mukherjee, former Chief Growth Officer at New Relic, the company secured new investment led by General Catalyst. In last year's funding round, Rox aimed to reach $8 million in annual recurring revenue by the end of 2025.
Rox creates autonomous artificial intelligence agents to enhance sales efficiency. These agents function as an intelligent revenue operating system and integrate with existing tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
They monitor customer accounts, analyze new potential leads, and automatically update customer interaction data. The company aims to replace fragmented software solutions used by sales teams by consolidating various sales functions onto a single platform.
GV investor David Munichiello previously emphasized that AI agents actively work to continuously identify risks, uncover opportunities, and recommend necessary actions. The Rox startup competes with revenue intelligence companies like Gong and Clari, as well as other AI sales platforms such as 11x Artisan and the newly launched Monaco.
To date, Rox has raised a total of $50 million in funding, with major investors including Sequoia and General Catalyst. The company's clients include large organizations such as Ramp, MongoDB, and New Relic.
