The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has announced new official exchange rates for foreign currencies, effective from April 13, 2026. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to this information, changes were observed in the value of major foreign currencies against our national currency – the soum. In particular, the US dollar rate decreased by 39.69 soums, amounting to 12,158.59 soums.

The euro, the European currency, also became slightly cheaper. Its value decreased by 2.57 soums and was set at 14,238.92 soums.

The British pound sterling dropped by 10.64 soums to a level of 16,339.93 soums. A decrease was also observed for the Swiss franc, which became cheaper by 26.82 soums and amounted to 15,392.57 soums.

The Chinese yuan decreased by 2.71 soums, equaling 1,780.46 soums. The Japanese yen also became cheaper by 0.38 soums, recording a value of 76.35 soums.

Unlike other foreign currencies, the Russian ruble rate increased slightly. The value of the ruble rose by 1.31 soums, reaching 157.88 soums.

These rates are determined by the Central Bank based on the analysis of the situation in international financial markets and currency exchange operations. These changes in exchange rates directly affect economic processes and foreign trade relations in our country.

Citizens and entrepreneurs can rely on these official rates when carrying out currency operations. The Central Bank will continue regular monitoring to ensure stability in the currency market.

Information regarding subsequent changes in currency values will be announced on the bank's official pages.
