The official rate of the US dollar in Uzbekistan is expected to decline

Changes in foreign exchange rates are being observed in Uzbekistan's currency market, according to Zamin.uz.
Specifically, the official exchange rate of the US dollar effective July 9 is expected to decrease by approximately 20–21 sums compared to previous indicators. This information was provided by sources covering banking sector news and reflects preliminary assessments of the current economic situation.
The decline in the dollar's exchange rate at currency exchange offices and commercial banks is significant for both citizens and entrepreneurs. Currently, several commercial banks in the country are offering the most favorable rates to their customers.
For individuals wishing to sell dollars to banks, Turonbank offers the highest rate at 11,970 sums. Meanwhile, Orient Finance Bank and Ipotekabank set the purchase price for dollars at 11,965 sums, while Asakabank offers 11,960 sums.
These rates represent the most favorable options offered by banks for purchasing foreign currency from clients. There are also several convenient offers available for those wishing to buy foreign currency.
The lowest selling rate is recorded at Octobank, where one dollar can be purchased for 12,010 sums. Additionally, Hayotbank, Tengebank, and Agrobank have set their selling rates at 12,020 sums.
It should be noted that the currency market is volatile, and rates may change throughout the day depending on supply and demand. Therefore, it is recommended to verify the rates again via the official websites or mobile applications of banks to obtain accurate and up-to-date information.
To ensure financial stability, the Central Bank and commercial banks regularly publish updated information on foreign exchange operations.
