After the enforcement actions carried out by the Chust district department of the Mandatory Enforcement Bureau, 118.2 million soums of debt was collected from the citizen in favor of the state organization.
It has been reported that according to the decision of the Supreme Court dated February 4, 2025, it was determined to collect 118.2 million soums from the debtor U.G. in favor of the State Customs Committee.
This document was received by the Chust district department of the Bureau and actions were taken. The state executor granted the debtor a voluntary period of 15 days.
However, due to the failure to cover the debt during this time, enforcement actions were carried out. Explanations provided to the debtor U.G. were effective, and he fully paid off the debt. At the same time, the applied state duty of 8.5 million soums was also collected.
Thus, the enforcement document was effectively completed.
