The press service of the Traffic Safety Department of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bukhara region reported that a video showing a driver of a "Damas" vehicle seriously violating traffic rules has spread on social networks. This was reported by Upl.uz.
This driver was moving in the opposite direction on a road designated for traffic in the Bukhara region and voluntarily removed the state registration plates. Additionally, the front window of his vehicle was tinted and a siren was installed.
Internal affairs officers quickly identified the offender and placed the vehicle in the impound lot. An administrative report was drawn up for all identified violations.
The driver was fined 2 points for driving in the opposite direction, 1 point for driving without registration plates, 0.5 points for the tinted front window, and another 0.5 points for having a siren installed. These measures are aimed at ensuring road traffic safety and preventing violations.
