Several videos have circulated on social media showing a driver of a "KIA K5" vehicle seriously violating traffic rules in the Namangan region. This driver has repeatedly created emergency situations, endangering the lives of other road users.
Additionally, he was driving at high speeds on pedestrian crossings. Furthermore, the driver of this vehicle illegally equipped it with special signal lights.
According to the traffic safety officer, social media users have referred to such behavior as "auto-terrorism." An administrative report was drawn up against the driver based on several articles of the Administrative Responsibility Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In particular, violations included the improper use of sound, light, and other devices in vehicles, creating emergency situations by the driver, entering the opposite lane, violating traffic rules, as well as driving a vehicle without a driver's license. It should be noted that according to the article on "Violation of traffic rules," the minimum penalty includes a fine of 25 base calculation amounts and deprivation of the driver's license for 1 to 2 years.
