Starting from November 1, 2025, a new support system called "professional voucher" will be introduced by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This was reported by Upl.uz.
This voucher allows for additional education, skills enhancement, or retraining. The voucher is provided in the form of a loan.
After successfully completing the education, obtaining a certificate, and getting employed, the recipient must return the funds to the savings fund within two years. Additionally, a scholarship will be provided during the education period in the amount of the minimum wage.
This scholarship will be paid from the fund to the following citizens: individuals with disabilities; individuals listed in low-income families whose education period exceeds three months; citizens who come from other regions for education. Importantly, individuals receiving unemployment benefits will not be granted a scholarship.
This system is aimed at encouraging education and training qualified personnel.
