A video that spread on social networks showed a man jumping on top of a VAZ-2108 car and breaking its window with his foot while driving the car. This was reported by Upl.uz.
This incident was commented on by the press service of the Tashkent city Internal Affairs Directorate. It was revealed that the event occurred on the morning of August 9 at a shopping complex in the Bektemir district.
According to the internal affairs authorities, a 33-year-old individual named B. K.
was under the influence of alcohol when he jumped on top of the VAZ-2108 car belonging to N. B., born in 1996, and damaged its roof. He then drove this car in the parking area.
It was clarified that this individual was not allowed into the shopping complex earlier due to being under the influence of alcohol. He was soon detained by internal affairs officers.
An administrative report was drawn up against this individual under Article 200 ("Self-management"), Article 183 ("Minor hooliganism"), and Article 194 ("Failure to comply with the legal requirements of an internal affairs officer") of the Administrative Responsibility Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The case materials have been sent to the Bektemir district court for criminal cases, and a decision is expected to be made.
