According to the press service of the department under the Prosecutor General's Office, a citizen who organized an illegal mining farm has been identified. This was reported by Upl.uz.
Employees of the Bulakbashi district administration, in cooperation with the National Security Service and law enforcement agencies, conducted a special operational event. During the event, the home of a citizen living in the Shirmonbulok neighborhood was inspected, and illegal mining farm activity was discovered there.
In total, it was found that five special devices were illegally connected to the electricity network, causing damage to the energy supply organization amounting to 157.9 million soums. A criminal case has been initiated regarding this situation under the articles of "Theft" and "Illegal conduct of mining activities" of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
