The press service reported that the Jizzakh Regional Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement is carrying out the demolition of illegal structures. This was reported by Upl.uz.
It has been revealed that a series of measures aimed at demolishing illegal structures are being implemented by the Paxtakor District Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement. Execution documents for these actions were provided by the district state cadastral agency and the relevant applications were submitted to the court.
In the past seven months, more than 150 execution documents related to the demolition of illegal structures have been received by the district Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement based on court decisions. Of these, 63 execution documents have been fully executed.
Additionally, 51 debtors have been warned. These measures are being carried out to ensure legality and regulate the area.
The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement is taking actions in accordance with legal documents and illegal structures are being demolished.
