According to the press service of the Emergency Situations Department of Bukhara region, a fire occurred on the night of August 25, 2024, in the "Shaykh ul olam" neighborhood of Bukhara city. This was reported by Upl.uz.

The fire was caused by the burning of various household waste on the roadside. Two fire-rescue teams were dispatched to the scene, but upon arrival, it was found that the fire had already been extinguished by local residents.

No one was injured as a result of this incident. The Emergency Situations Department emphasizes that reports claiming the fire occurred in front of the church gate are not true.

Therefore, the department asks the public not to spread unfounded and false information, as this may cause panic and misunderstandings among the population. The department recommends obtaining official information about incidents only from reliable sources.
