A video circulated on social networks showing the driver of a "Lacetti" vehicle placing his son on the moving car's hood and filming it for a trending video. It was revealed that this incident occurred in the Bostanliq district of Tashkent region.
Following the incident, law enforcement officers conducted an investigation and identified the individual who violated the law. The citizen was summoned to the Traffic Safety Department of the Tashkent Region Internal Affairs Directorate, and appropriate measures were taken.
The woman stated that she was unaware that her actions violated the law and did not pay attention to this while filming the video. It was also reported that her son is 14 years old.
All documents have been submitted to the court by the department for a lawful decision to be made. However, it was not clearly indicated under which article of the Administrative Liability Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan the protocol was drawn up against the citizen.
In previous similar cases, drivers were charged under the "Disorderly Conduct in Road Traffic" article of the Administrative Liability Code. Penalties under this article include a fine of 25 base calculation units (approximately 10,300,000 soums) and deprivation of the right to drive a vehicle for 1 to 2 years.
