A resident of Tashkent hid his Lacetti car in a penalty lot in Namangan region in order to deceive the compulsory enforcement bureau. This was reported by Upl.uz.
The press service of the Tashkent city compulsory enforcement bureau announced this car as a "vehicle wanted". This case began when an enforcement document was received by the second interdistrict department of Tashkent city against the owner of the Lacetti car.
The citizen was fined a total of 23 million soms for violating traffic rules 61 times. Despite multiple warnings and notifications from the compulsory enforcement bureau, the debtor did not fulfill his obligations.
After that, a decision was made to put his car on the wanted list. During the investigation, it was found that instead of paying the fines, the citizen took the car to another area and placed it in a special penalty lot in Chust district.
In this way, he tried to avoid the confiscation of the car. However, this plan did not succeed.
As a result of operational measures, the location of the Lacetti car was identified, and the owner was given the choice to either pay off the debt in full or have the car put up for compulsory sale. The proceeds from the sale will be directed to cover the fines.
