
According to the press service of the Jizzakh Regional Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, illegally constructed buildings are being forcibly demolished. This was reported by Upl.uz.
The territorial departments of the Jizzakh Regional Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement demolished five illegally constructed buildings and structures based on a court decision. These buildings were constructed by citizens without permission, and according to the court ruling, the demolition costs are to be covered by the responsible parties.
During the enforcement actions, all necessary warnings were given to the debtors. Subsequently, the demolition work was carried out in the prescribed manner with the participation of witnesses and representatives of authorized organizations.
The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement continues active work on demolishing illegal constructions. These measures are aimed at ensuring the rule of law and maintaining social order.
Citizens are also advised to carry out construction legally.
