In the Qo‘shtepa district, a farmer named Do‘stbek faced hundreds of millions of som in debts to tax and legal entities during his activities. The delay in paying these debts negatively affected the farmer's economic situation, leading to a seizure of his property.
After the Bureau's Qo‘shtepa district department accepted enforcement documents for the 166 million som debt, state executors immediately began their work. As a result, all of Do‘stbek's properties, including vehicles, were seized. This situation created a significant problem for the farmer.
Being aware of the seizure, Do‘stbek decided to sell his vehicle to change the situation. However, when he went to the notary, he was informed about the seizure. The seizure imposed by the enforcement authorities eliminated his ability to sell his property.
