During the operational-search activities conducted by the DXX in the fight against corruption, the illegal actions of the deputy head of the Tashkent city Emergency Situations Department were exposed.
It has been reported that this official abused his position. He consistently received bribes in exchange for approving the sketch designs of buildings planned for construction in Tashkent, signing reports on automatic fire alarm devices, and providing positive conclusions for newly constructed or reconstructed buildings to be handed over to the state acceptance commission for use.
Among such objects are buildings of general secondary education schools and medical institutions.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against this individual under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code, and a preventive measure of arrest has been applied.
Initial investigative actions are being conducted regarding the situation.
