According to the press service of the Traffic Safety Department of the Surxondaryo Regional Internal Affairs Directorate, a road traffic accident occurred on August 27, 2025, at 10:05 AM in the "Kaytmas" neighborhood of Denov district. This was reported by Upl.uz.
The driver of the Nexia vehicle, born in 2006, moved into the oncoming lane to overtake the vehicle ahead and collided with a Lacetti vehicle. The Lacetti driver, born in 1986, along with the drivers and passengers of both vehicles, sustained injuries as a result of the accident.
All the injured were taken to the hospital. The vehicles suffered serious technical damage.
An investigation is underway regarding this incident.
