According to the press service of the Department of Criminal Cases, the illegal circulation of potent drugs has been prevented. This was reported by Upl.uz.
A special rapid operation was conducted by the department staff in Yangihayot district. During the operation, a pharmacist employee of the “N.A.” LLC pharmacy located in the “Kushbegi” neighborhood of Yakkasaray district, Tashkent city, was caught selling 50 potent “Omnadren 250” drugs without a doctor's prescription for 3 million soums.
Additionally, a person attempting to illegally sell 200 potent “Benzonal” drugs was also detained in Surxondaryo region. Furthermore, in Bulakbashi district of Andijan region, a previously convicted male individual was found to be engaged in illegal drug sales.
He was caught while transporting 124 potent “Regapen” drugs in his “Damas” vehicle in Andijan city with the intent to sell them illegally. Criminal cases have been initiated regarding these incidents, and investigative actions are currently underway.
These operations are aimed at preventing the illegal distribution of potent drugs. Law enforcement agencies are paying special attention to ensuring the legal sale and control of medications.
