A criminal case has been initiated against a citizen who violated traffic rules in the Yashnobod district. This was reported by Upl.uz.
According to the city police press service, recently in Yashnobod district, a traffic patrol officer stopped a vehicle of the "Spark" model. The citizen driving the car did not have a driver's license.
For this reason, an administrative report was drawn up against him based on the article "Driving a vehicle without documents stipulated in the traffic rules" of the Administrative Liability Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The car was placed in the impound lot in Yashnobod district.
After the documents were processed, the passenger in the car turned out to be the driver's older brother, who acted aggressively towards the traffic patrol officer, insulted him, and even used physical force. During the investigation, it was revealed that he had taught his younger brother to drive the car and was dissatisfied with the punishment applied.
For this reason, this person was detained and taken to the internal affairs department of Yashnobod district. The district prosecutor's office initiated a criminal case against him under the article "Resistance to an official or a person performing a civic duty" of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
He was subjected to detention measures.
