It is planned to relocate higher education institutions from the city center in Tashkent. This was reported by Upl.uz.
Through this, the valuable land in the central area will be freed up for the development of modern infrastructure. Within this initiative, the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute will be moved to the Tashkent Pharma Park research cluster in the Tashkent region.
This step is part of the evening economy development program outlined in the recently developed draft presidential decree in the capital. After the institute is relocated, large-scale construction works will be carried out on the vacated land.
A five-star hotel and a multi-story parking lot with a capacity of one thousand spaces are planned to be built here. After the construction is completed, these facilities will become state property.
This project will serve to further improve the city's infrastructure and expand economic activity.
