In the Urganch district of the Khorezm region, a citizen reported that due to the mistake of a construction company, a house belonging to someone else was renovated, according to Nova24.uz.
The citizen signed a contract with the SHOXJAHON DENTA company and purchased a new house in the "Oq ariq" neighborhood. However, a construction worker showed him house number 18 instead of 19 and handed over the keys. Unaware of this, the citizen spent 150 million soums (approximately $13,000) on renovations and moved in.
Later, the actual owner came and demanded that the house be vacated. No agreement was reached between them.
The committee accused the construction company of irresponsibility and demanded capital repairs for house number 19.
