According to the enforcement order of the Yakkasaroy inter-district court on civil cases, a total of 777 million 216 thousand 525.29 soums is to be collected from the debtor citizen in favor of the creditor “Infinbank” JSC, and the enforcement document regarding directing the collection to the pledged vehicle was received by the Bureau's Tashkent city department on April 14, 2025, and enforcement proceedings were initiated.
During the enforcement actions, the debtor did not present the pledged “Chevrolet TAHOE” to the state executor even after failing to pay the loan debt voluntarily. Subsequently, a search for the vehicle was announced, and as a result of the conducted operational measures, the “Chevrolet TAHOE” was seized, sealed, and handed over to the creditor for temporary storage.
After the loan debt of 777.2 million soums in favor of the bank was not settled, measures are being taken to realize the vehicle belonging to the debtor, which is valued at 975,351,251 soums, through auction sales.
